Shipping The Real Story

Shipping. The Real Story.

We're not going to make you dig through fine print to understand what you're paying for. Here's the truth of it.

We don't mark up shipping.

What the carrier charges us is what you pay. No hidden margin, no padding. If a Carry Bar costs more to ship than a Tamper, it's because it's 72 inches long and freight companies charge for that, not because we're trying to make a few extra bucks on the box.

Long-handle tools can cross a carrier pricing line. We don't hide it.

Once a packaged tool crosses 48 inches, the carrier moves it into a different pricing tier. It doesn't matter if it's barely over or way over; the cost jumps the same. We're not going to pretend otherwise or bury it at checkout. You'll see the real number before you pay.

Every order goes out from our shop. We're a small team, so if something's delayed or damaged, you won't get a chatbot. You're getting us.
