5. Filing A Claim
To start a claim, please email warranty@backslopetools.com with the following:
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt.
- Description: A brief explanation of how the failure occurred.
- Visual Evidence: High-quality photos of the damage. (Note: In complex cases, we may request a short video or the return of the item for inspection.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Backslope Tools is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
