How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

Our US warehouse crew usually ships online orders within 1-2 business days (including 2-day) from the time they are placed. During sale periods, processing times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days. *Orders placed after 11 am MDT on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Estimated delivery times do not include processing/pending time/holidays. Orders cannot be canceled or edited. Please allow 48 hours after processing for a tracking update.

How will my order ship?

We ship all orders from our Grand Junction, CO, warehouse using FedEx. As soon as your order leaves our location, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your tracking number.

Buy Online & Pickup in Store:

Orders can be placed online and picked up at our Grand Junction, CO, warehouse. Pickup orders may take up to 48 hours to process and will be held for 10 days. Contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order.

Does Backslope Tools Ship Internationally?

Can My Order Be Shipped via a Freight Forwarder or Reshipper?

No. We do not allow shipping via freight forwarders or re-shippers under any circumstances.

Fed Ex Ground Shipping (Up to 7 business days)

Ground shipping times are 2-7 business days in transit. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer shipping times. Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
